CFA Level 2 - June 2009 Exam

The Level 2 CFA Exam is considerably more challenging than Level 1. Therefore, a substantial amount of preparation is imperative to pass this exam.

How is Level 2 Different?

There are no shortcuts and no substitutes! Candidates must be able to demonstrate complete knowledge of the curriculum, and answer approximately 70% of 120 questions quickly and correctly.

What to expect:

  • Apply what you learned at Level 1
  • Answer questions that address combined learning outcome statements
  • Be prepared to read 1½-page item sets
  • Achieve a higher level of learning
  • Be competitive
