Analyzer for the CFP® Certification Exam

The purpose of the Analyzer is to assist you in focusing your study efforts on those topics that will provide you with the greatest benefit in preparation for the next exam.

The Analyzer evaluates your performance by using Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc.'s 89 Job Knowledge Requirements that are reflected on the report that you received from CFP Board. It provides you with a numerical evaluation for each section below and an overall score:

• Fundamentals
• Insurance
• Investments
• Tax
• Retirement
• Estates

The Analyzer was developed to produce a proxy score and to provide you with relative data in comparison to other candidates. All of your information will be kept in strictest confidence.

Again, the purpose of this tool is to provide guidance in your study efforts for the next CFP® Certification Examination. The score that is provided by the Analyzer is not intended to be the same score that CFP Board calculates when grading the exams and the Analyzer is in no way sanctioned or produced in conjunction with CFP Board.
