AccFP Program Cancellation / Refund Policy for Premium Purchasers

Cancellation requests must be provided in writing via email or fax to Schweser 30 days in advance of the program start date. Refunds will be issued, less a $350 processing fee if the student does not return the Student binder and Textbook. If the Student binder and Textbook is returned, refunds will be issued less a $50 processing fee. No refunds can be granted if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the program start date, or if a registrant fails to attend. Students that do not cancel 30 days in advance and do not receive a refund may re-enroll in that course at a 50% discount off the current retail price for an additional 2 years.

Cancellation request must be provided in writing via email or fax to Schweser within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refund requests within the 30 days of purchase will be issued, less a $350 processing fee if the student does not return the Student binder and Textbook. If the Student binder and Textbook is returned, refunds will be issued less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after 30 days beyond the date of purchase. PremiumPlus students have 2 years from point of purchase to complete the education and live review courses. Students that do not complete the program within 2 years may purchase the AccFP modules or Review at a 50% discount off the current retail price for an additional 2 years.

Live Review Program Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be provided in writing via email or fax to Schweser 30 days in advance of the program start date. Refunds will be issued, less a $350 processing fee if the student does not return the In-Class Guide unopened and in original packaging. If the Student In-Class Guide is returned unopened and in original packaging, refunds will be issued less a $50 processing fee. No refunds can be granted if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the program start date, or if the registrant fails to attend.
