Application Procedures

1. Print and complete or complete the application online
2. Attach a current resume and an official transcript
3. Attach a personal statement/essay approximately 500 words in length describing your background and educational/career goals
4. Schedule an interview with an academic advisor – 800-283-3853
5. Mail or fax the application with a $25 application fee (waived if application is completed online) to the program director

Transfer of Credit

Transfer of credit is available on a case by case basis. To request a transfer of credit from another Board Registered Program please contact the program director and have an official transcript available.
