2. Attach a current resume and an official transcript
3. Mail or fax the application to the program director with a 10% non-refundable deposit

Transfer of Credit

Transfer of credit is available on a case by case basis. To request a transfer of credit from another Board Registered Program please contact the program director and have an official transcript available.
