Kaplan CPA Review's 18 Month Access and Free Updates:
Candidates who purchase Kaplan CPA Review packages are provided with Online Access, including all online updates, for a full 18 months from time of
initial purchase. In addition to the 18 month Online Access, the purchase of our packages includes free access to study manual content updates which
will be posted on our website for customers during the 18 month active subscription.
- Following the expiration of the 18 month subscription period for each section, customers may purchase a new CPA Review package which includes all components and online access for 18 months, at 50% discount on the current retail price. New purchase must be for the same section as original purchase.

That's why we offer a full 18-month subscription to our online tools, including content updates to our textbooks delivered as PDF's in your online account, all to ensure that your study efforts are supported throughout your pursuit of the CPA designation.
In fact, with our 30-Day Risk-Free Assurance Policy, you can feel confident that you've made the right choice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Kaplan CPA Review, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
- Returns for refunds/credits will only be accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. We are unable to extend credits or issue refunds for materials returned beyond that timeframe.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the materials, less any S&H.
- Our 30-Day Risk-Free Assurance only applies to our Kaplan CPA Review packages and is applicable to one purchase per customer.
- You must contact our customer service department via phone, fax or email to obtain a return authorization number.
- Online Access will be terminated immediately upon issuance of the return authorization number.
- All materials must be returned, prepaid by certified mail or an alternative traceable method, in their original, like-new condition with original Packing Slip included.
- No returns will be accepted of materials which have been altered in any manner.
- No refunds will be issued for partial returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 45 business days.

CPA Exam Online Review Course Policy
Customers who enroll in our CPA Exam Online Review Course will also be provided with Online Access, including all online updates, for a full 18 months from time of initial purchase. This includes access to the archives of the live ORC purchased. In addition to the 18 month Online Access updates, enrollment in our Online Review Course includes free access to study manual content updates which will be posted on our website for customers during the 18 month active subscription, as detailed in our 18 month Access and Free Update policy above.
For Online Review Courses, the archives will be available for the full 18 month access period.
For a period of one year following the expiration of their active subscription, customers may re-enroll in the same section(s) of the Online Review Course at a 50% discount on the current retail registration fee, which includes a new set of our study materials and Online Access.
Returns of individual product purchases (books, USB drive, and flashcards) will be accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order. The materials must be returned in original, like-new condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.
