CPA Review Package Policy
Kaplan CPA Review's 24 Month Access and Free Updates:
Candidates who purchase Kaplan CPA Review packages are provided with Online Access, including all online updates, for a full 24 months from time of initial purchase. In addition to the 24 month Online Access, the purchase of our packages includes free access to study manual content updates which will be posted on our website for customers during the 24 month active subscription.

Our extended 24 month subscription period is applicable to programs purchased since August 15, 2006; prior to that date, 18 month access was
included with all programs purchased.

Following the expiration of the 18 or 24 month subscription period for each section, customers may purchase a new CPA Review package which includes all
components and online access for 24 months, at 50% discount on the current retail price. New purchase must be for the same section as
original purchase.

In fact, with our 30-Day Risk-Free Assurance Policy, you can feel confident that you've made the right choice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Kaplan Schweser, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Returns for refunds/credits will only be accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. We are unable to extend credits or
issue refunds for materials returned beyond that timeframe.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the materials, less any S&H.
- Our 30-Day Risk-Free Assurance only applies to our Kaplan CPA Review packages and is applicable to one purchase per customer.
- You must contact our customer service department via phone, fax or email to obtain a return authorization number.
- Online Access will be terminated immediately upon issuance of the return authorization number.
- All materials must be returned, prepaid by certified mail or an alternative traceable method, in their original, like-new condition with original Packing Slip included.
- No returns will be accepted of materials which have been altered in any manner.
- No refunds will be issued for partial returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 45 business days.

CPA Exam Online Review Course Policy
Customers who enroll in our CPA Exam Online Review Course will also be provided with Online Access, including all online updates, for a full 24 months from time of initial purchase. This includes access to the archives of the live ORC purchased. In addition to the 24 month Online Access updates, enrollment in our Online Review Course includes free access to study manual content updates which will be posted on our website for customers during the 24 month active subscription, as detailed in our 24 month Access and Free Update policy above.
For Live Online Review Courses, archives of the class sessions will be available after the class session ends until the end of the 24 month access period.
For Self-Study Online Review Courses, the archives will be available for the full 24 month access period.
Previous participants in our Online Review Course may re-enroll in our subsequent Online Review Courses for the same section(s) during their
active subscription period for an additional charge of $100.
For a period of one year following the expiration of their active subscription, customers may re-enroll in the same section(s) of the Online Review
Course at a 50% discount on the current retail registration fee, which includes a new set of our study materials and Online Access.
CPA Online Review Course cancellation requests must be received in writing (via email or fax) by the next business day following
the first class. Individuals that have pre-registered and wish to cancel after the first class will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
All study materials received must be returned in like-new and resalable condition within one week of the cancellation request. All associated
shipping costs are non-refundable.
Individual Products
Returns of individual product purchases (books, audio CDs, and flashcards) will be accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order. The materials must be returned in original, like-new condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.
