FRM® Refund / Cancellation / Product Return Policy

Requests for discounts/refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the date your order is processed for fulfillment. We are unable to honor discounts and issue refunds for orders processed beyond that timeframe. Discounted pricing cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect charges that might have occurred to orders.

Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, extended online access, and previous year sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation or return of any individual component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full retail value plus a $20 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs, and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of paper-based materials (books or flashcards) will be accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order. NO returns will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when the order was received. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (the restocking fee will be 10% of retail price up to $50 maximum). The materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.

Requests for orders to be cancelled after they are processed will result in the refund less a 10% restocking fee up to $50 maximum. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the refund amount would be less the shipment costs, in addition to the 10% restocking fee.

You must contact our customer service department via phone, fax, or email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the order and you need to write the RA number on the outside of the box. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30–45 business days after the return is received.

Online Product Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation requests for SchweserPro™ - Online Version will be accepted within the first 10 days of online access being granted.

Refunds will be issued, less a 10% administrative fee and the amount of the refund may be prorated as determined based on amount of usage of online resources. After the expiration of this 10 day period, no refunds will be granted. No cancellation requests will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when online access was granted.

Purchases of SchweserPro™ Download, eBooks, and Online Exams are final and non-refundable.

If you do need to retake the Part 1 or Part 2 FRM® Exam in May or November 2010, you will be eligible to receive 50% off a PremiumPlus or Premium Study Solution.*

November 2009 Part 1 candidates receive a 50% discount on Part 2 in 2010.
