Settings for Video Library and Live & OnDemand courses

• Click Apple Icon in upper left-hand corner
• Navigate to System Preferences
• Select Flip4MAC in lower left-hand corner
• Make sure the following settings are selected:

• On the following settings page, make sure all selections are checked and that the Reclaim button is clicked:

• For desktop Mac users, the Flash version may be used through Firefox
• For laptop Mac users, the Flash version must be used in Firefox

All other online products, minus the ones previously listed, are fully operational.

MP3's

• Download the MP3 file as normal storing the .exe file that is download on the desktop
• Right-click the file and select Open With and select File Juicer (after you have downloaded the free trial version or bought the full version)
• File Juicer will open another window showing an extracted Zip file that can be expanded and another folder will be created containing the MP3 files that were downloaded and can be played with ITunes.
