Schweser's® study materials are protected by the laws of copyright of the United States and other countries throughout
the world. Unauthorized reproduction of these materials, or portions thereof, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
The Schweser's® materials you have purchased are to be used for your own personal use and benefit. Unauthorized commercial
resale of Schweser materials is prohibited. Please be advised that Schweser personnel regularly monitor various commercial online
auction websites in order to prevent the unauthorized sale of Schweser materials. Schweser reserves all its rights in the event
of a violation of this policy, which may include discontinuation of the auction itself, suspension of your privileges as a seller,
and enforcement of Schweser's rights under law and equity.
Creating, purchasing, and/or using photocopied (i.e., pirated, illicit copies) study notes and other preparatory materials
violates the CFA Institute's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct (Code and Standards).
Shared use of SchweserPro™ Question Bank software, Video CDs, and Audio CDs is prohibited. Schweser will only support
registered purchases of these products directly from Schweser or from an authorized distributor. Schweser's products are
intended for personal use only unless specifically approved in writing by Schweser.
SchweserPro™ QBank, Weekly Online Program, Multi-Weekened Online Program, Practice Exams Volumes 1 and 2,
and Secret Sauce® eBook are online learning services for the Chartered Financial Analyst®
(CFA®) exam and is provided by Schweser ("Schweser"), subject to your acceptance and compliance with
the terms and conditions set forth below. Sharing or selling Online Access is prohibited. All Online Access is non-transferable.
"Schweser" and its products are trademarks of Schweser and are owned by the Schweser division of Kaplan, Inc. Other
marks which appear on this website may be marks of third parties that are not affiliated with Schweser.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using your Online Access. By accessing or using online
products or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound
by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use your Online Account. Schweser may modify this Agreement at any time
and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You agree to review the
Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of Online Access shall be deemed
your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Copyright and Licenses. The entire contents of www.schweser.com Schweser's and its online programs and services
are copyrighted under the United States copyright laws. The owner of the copyright is the Schweser division of Kaplan, Inc.
You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of www.schweser.com solely for your own non-commercial
use. Any Online Access via www.schweser.com is solely for your non-commercial use. Any other copying, redistribution,
retransmission or publication of any downloaded material, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of
Schweser. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from Schweser. You agree that
you shall have no recourse against Schweser for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary
right in your communications to us.

Use of Online Access via www.schweser.com. You understand that Schweser does not warrant that this Online
Access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Online Access to www.schweser.com is provided on an "as is, as
available" basis. You agree to meet the minimum system requirements set forth for Schweser's electronic products,
including Webcasts powered by SuperChat Technology™, SchweserPro™, Web-enabled Flashcards,
Secret Sauce®, Videos, Practice Exams Volumes 1 and 2.
You understand that Schweser may revise the content of its website and online products from time to time to meet
its training objectives. It may add or remove materials that it considers as unnecessary or no longer relevant
for CFA® exam preparation. Once the material is removed it will not be accessible and will not be
available upon request.
You understand that SchweserPro QBank is a modular program based on CFA Institute's study sessions. It is
intended to guide you in your study program. Study sessions may be released periodically, and the multimedia content
will be updated continuously. You accept this arrangement and understand that all the sessions for your
CFA® Level will be released in a timely manner for the Online Access you have purchased.
You understand that your subscription to any Online Access is a limited license to use the content only between the
time of access is granted and the exam date for your product purchase. The subscription is non-transferable and is to
be used only by you. You will not share the username/user id and password with anyone, even if that person
has his or her own subscription to Online Access. Such sharing of usernames/user ids and passwords is a violation
of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of your privileges to any Online Access at
www.schweser.com without refund. Schweser monitors its website, including the use of Online Access,
for visitors and enforces its one subscriber-one user policy diligently.
Schweser will provide you feedback about your performance on the tests and exams in our electronic products.
This is intended to highlight areas of your strengths and weaknesses. You understand that the performance feedback
is meant to assist you in your preparation for the CFA® exam and is in no way intended to act as a
projection or a forecast of your actual CFA® exam score. The feedback is intended only as a
diagnostic tool of your knowledge as you prepare for the CFA® exam, and your practice scores
may be affected by factors beyond Schweser's control. The content created in my Notes will remain the sole property
of the author.
In no event will Schweser be liable for (I) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including,
but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like)
arising out of the use of or inability to use www.schweser.com, or any information, or transactions provided on
www.schweser.com or downloaded or hyperlinked from www.schweser.com, even if Schweser or its authorized
representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages; or (II) any claim attributable to errors,
omissions, or other inaccuracies in Schweser's electronic content and/or materials or information downloaded
through, or hyperlinked from, www.schweser.com. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states,
Schweser's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Online Cancellation/Refund Policy. Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and
online products/services, extended online access and previous year sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation
or Return of any component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full
retail value plus a $20 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs, and/or brokerage
fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schweser; Kaplan, Inc.;
The Washington Post Company and their respective subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors,
suppliers, and any third party information providers to Schweser's Online Access from and against all losses,
expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this
Agreement by you.

Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of New York applicable to agreements made and to be performed in New York. You agree that any legal action
or proceeding between Schweser and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations
hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in New York.
Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to Schweser's Online Access must be commenced within one (1)
year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Schweser's failure to
insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any
provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any
provision of this Agreement. Schweser may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time
without notice to you.
