1. What products do you offer for CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, and CPCU® exam preparation?
   Insurance Achievement offers an Essential Study Solution for most CLU®, ChFC®, and CASL® program courses offered by The American College as well as for each of the CPCU® program courses. The package contains a Insurance Achievement Study Notes book for your specific course, a QuickSheet™ for on-the-go study and review and online tools, including SchweserPro™ QBank and InstructorLink™—everything you need to study at your own convenience and pace and, most importantly, everything you need to walk into your exam with confidence!

3. How do I order an Essential Solution Study Package?
   Order online for the designations below, or call toll-free 1-800-258-2432 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with your order.

4. If I order products using my credit card, when will I be billed?
   You will be charged for all products ordered, any applicable taxes, and shipping fees at the time of first delivery, including online delivery of virtual products.
    
5. Do I need to order a study package for every course I take?
   Yes, the Essential Solution Study Package is tailored to each individual course, and you will need to order one for each CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, or CPCU® course that you take.
    
6. Can I return the study package if I don't like it?
   Requests for refunds/credits will be accepted within 30 days of the date your order is processed for shipment. We are unable to extend credits or issue refunds for orders processed beyond this timeframe. Your refund will be the total price paid less any shipping and handling fees, taxes, and minus a restocking fee (10% of the retail price up to $50 maximum). Discount pricing cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

7. Can I use last year's study materials?
   No. Insurance Achievement revises all materials on an annual basis (or more frequently) depending on curriculum changes. If curriculum changes occur before the new materials are released, they will be noted in your online tools..
    
8. What if I don't pass a course?
   If you do not pass a course, you may purchase a new Essential Solution study package for that course at a 50% discount off the retail price. Since course curriculum is periodically revised, by purchasing the latest Essential Solution you will be assured that you are studying the most current and relevant course content.
