If my exam is canceled or postponed, will I get extended online access?
We understand the inconvenience and frustration that is caused when exams are postponed or canceled and we are committed to doing our part to mitigate the impact of the virus. In order to support our candidates, we will be extending online access for candidates whose exams have been postponed or canceled.
For the latest information and updates on exam status, we recommend that you visit program websites:
Are in-person classes canceled?
Kaplan’s top priorities are the health and safety of employees, students, customers, and the community while continuing to provide the highest quality educational programs and support under any circumstances. As you are aware, things in our communities continue to change rapidly relative to COVID-19. In response, we’ve made the decision to cancel all live, in-person classes with start dates from March 19 through May 1, 2020. We are also in the process of rescheduling our Review Workshops and Mock Exams to support you through the exam postponements. You will be notified when these changes occur.
If you have registered for a live, in-person class, we are notifying all customers and whenever possible, we will provide you with other options, such as online, self study, or virtual live online classes to ensure you receive the education and support you need from Kaplan. In many cases, we can help you find an alternative online option so you can continue with your educational program. If that is not an option, we will reschedule once we have re-established live, in-person classes at your location.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at 877-311-9770 so that we can help you make the right decision for your needs.
Please remember, even if you are feeling a little unwell, please stay home. Staying home when sick is the best way to prevent the spread of germs. We will work with you to make up a class or provide other online or self study options so you can complete your education successfully.
What if my company or association is hosting a class at my location?
If your company, society, or association has arranged for a Kaplan program at your location, any decisions regarding changes to the delivery of the program will be made jointly between Kaplan and your organization.
Kaplan or your employer will notify students via email of any program changes at your location. Feel free to contact your company, association, society, or other representative for further details.
What are my options if I want to minimize my contact with others?
Whenever possible, we have options for live online and / or self-paced online self-study options. As the need arises, we will proactively move education experiences to online options.
What should I do to protect myself and others from spreading the virus?
