Refund / Cancellation / Product Return Policy
Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, extended online access, and previous year sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation or Return of any individual component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full retail value plus a $20 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of print materials will be accepted within 14 days of the UPS delivery date. No returns will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam date, regardless of when the order was delivered. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (10% of retail price up to $50 maximum). Materials must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.
Requests for orders to be cancelled after processing will result in the refund being less a 10% restocking fee up to $50 maximum. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the refund amount will be less the shipment costs, in addition to the 10% restocking fee, once the order has been returned.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days after the return is received.

Program Cancellation / Refund Policy (In-Class and Online)
Refunds will be issued, less a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received by Kaplan Schweser 30 days in advance of the program/review start date. No refunds can be granted if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the program/review start date, or if a registrant fails to attend.

Live Mock Exam Cancellation / Exchange / Return Policy
No refunds will be made for the Live Mock Exam less than 30 days prior to the event.
If you will be unable to attend the Live Mock Exam, please contact Student Support immediately at email@example.com or call 888.325.5072 (U.S. & Canada) or +1 608.779.8327 (International), option 1, in order to exchange your registration to the Online Mock Exam.
Exchange of the Live Mock Exam for the Online Mock Exam will be permitted up to 5 business days prior to the live event. After that date, failure to show up by the start of the Live Mock Exam will forfeit any right to this product.
Online Product Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation requests for SchweserPro™ - Online Version will be accepted within the first 10 days of online access being granted. Refunds will be issued, less a 10% administrative fee. The amount of the refund may be prorated as determined based on the amount of usage of online resources. After the expiration of this 10-day period, no refunds will be granted. No cancellation requests will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when online access was granted.
Discount / Refund Policy
Requests for discounts/refunds will be considered within 30 days of the date your order is processed for fulfillment. We are unable to honor discounts or issue refunds for orders processed beyond that time frame. Discounted pricing may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
