Please review the information below before sending a request.

Kaplan makes every attempt to make our websites and products mobile- and tablet-friendly. However, not all features are compatible with all tablets and phones.

  • When working on regulated course material, we recommend using a Windows- or Mac-based desktop or laptop computer.
  • We recommend the use of Windows 7-10 or Mac OS X operating systems. We also support Windows Vista and Windows XP.
  • We recommend the use of Chrome or Firefox browsers. We also support Internet Explorer 8-11. We do not recommend Safari due to limited capabilities with certain features.
  • We recommend online learners have the latest versions of Flash and Java installed.
  • We recommend online learners have at least a 2MB connection.

Are you having trouble logging in to your account?

Try following these steps: 

  1. Enter your username and password.
  2. Click "Log In".
  3. If a security warning pops up, click "Yes".
  4. On the left hand side menu bar, click Online Access.
  5. The first time you log in you will see the Terms & Conditions.
  6. Read the Terms & Conditions and click "I Agree".
  7. You should now be in the Online Access home.

Note:  Kaplan Schweser's registration system is case sensitive so please capitalize letters where appropriate and eliminate spaces. Sometimes a space is captured when cutting and pasting so try typing the username and password.

Forgotten your username or password? You can have them emailed to you.

To change your password: 

  1. Log in with the Username and Password supplied to you.
  2. You will be brought to the products page.
  3. Scroll down until you see "Additional Info" on the left hand side menu bar.
  4. From the drop down select "My Account".
  5. You can now change your password and click "Update Account".
