To be eligible for a free CFA exam prep package, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have previously purchased an Essential, Premium, or PremiumPlus™ Package.
- Answered at least 50% of your available online questions (i.e., SchweserPro™ QBank, Checkpoint Exams, Mock Exams, and Topic Quizzes). To receive credit, your answers must be entered into the online platform. Written answers will not count toward your total questions answered.
- Are registered to retake your CFA exam.
If you meet these criteria, you qualify for one of the following offers:
- Receive the same online study package materials as included with the prior exam prep package purchased free of charge for your next exam sitting. This also applies to any add-on products purchased when you bought your initial exam prep package, including: SchweserNotes Audio MP3; Flashcards; Schweser’s Secret Sauce® (for Essential package purchases only); Mock Exam 5; Mock Exam 6; 1-Day Item Set Review Workshops (Level II only); and 1-Day Essay Writing Workshops (Level III only).
- Receive updated print materials based on the prior exam prep package purchased if you are retaking the exam in the next curriculum year—just pay shipping.
- If you purchased an Essential package, you are eligible to upgrade to a Premium package for $149 plus shipping (retail starting at $999), which gives you access to online expert-led instruction and review, or you can get access to Live Online instruction plus review by upgrading to a PremiumPlus™ package for $299 plus shipping (retail starting at $1,299). If you purchased a Premium package, you are eligible to upgrade to a PremiumPlus™ package for $149 plus shipping (retail starting at $1,299).
If you purchased an Essential, Premium, or PremiumPlus™ Package but did not answer at least 50% of your available online questions, you qualify for one of the following offers if you are registered to retake your CFA exam:
- Extend access to your online study materials for $49 if you are retaking the exam in the same curriculum year.
- Receive updated online study materials based on the prior exam prep package purchased for $99 or online and print materials for $199 plus shipping if you are retaking the exam in the next curriculum year.
- If you studied with the Essential package and are retaking the exam in the same curriculum year, you are eligible to upgrade to a Premium package for $199 plus shipping (retail starting at $999) or upgrade to a PremiumPlus™ package for $349 plus shipping (retail starting at $1,299). If you purchased the Essential package and are retaking the exam in the next curriculum year, you are eligible to upgrade to a Premium package for $349 plus shipping (retail starting at $999) or upgrade to a PremiumPlus™ package for $399 plus shipping (retail starting at $1,299).
If you purchased a Premium package and are retaking the exam in the same curriculum year, you are eligible to upgrade to a PremiumPlus™ package for just $199 plus shipping (retail starting at $1,299). If you studied with a Premium package and are retaking the exam in the next curriculum year, you can upgrade to a PremiumPlus™ package for $349 plus shipping (retail starting at $1,299). The PremiumPlus™ package contains everything you need to pass the exam, including Live Online expert-led instruction and review.*
Do You Qualify for Schweser’s CFA® PassProtection?
You are eligible to receive PassProtection™ up to 24 months after your initial study package purchase.
For the discount to be applied, Kaplan Schweser must receive proof of exam registration for the same level. Your order will not be processed until this written documentation is both received and verified by Kaplan Schweser.
